The agency role suits you if…

  • You know women who might want to host, and can help them get started
  • You’re comfortable explaining registration steps and rules to others
  • You prefer earnings that grow with a team rather than with your own call time

The host role suits you if…

  • You’re a woman over 18 who enjoys conversation on video
  • You can work from a private, well-lit space, especially during 9 pm–2 am IST
  • You want to earn directly from your own calls and gifts

How the two roles depend on each other

Every host is bound to an agency through its invitation code, and every agency’s commission comes from its hosts’ income. A host’s good habits (long calls, staying in work mode, avoiding violations) raise both her own earnings and her agency’s class. An agency that helps hosts follow the rules protects its own commission.

Earnings, commissions, bonuses, and eligibility depend on the applicable AAJA policy and individual activity. Figures shown are based on the recruiting-policy information provided and do not represent guaranteed income.
