AAJA Agency Registration
Register as an AAJA agency, recruit hosts with your invitation code, and earn 15% to 40% of their weekly income. This page sets out the commission classes, the calculation, sub-agent earnings and settlement, as written in the AAJA Recruiting Policy.
The role
What is an AAJA Agency?
An AAJA agency (the app also calls it a guild, and the policy calls its owner an agent) brings hosts onto the platform and supports them. Each host binds to an agency by entering that agency’s invitation code during sign-up.
The agency doesn’t pay hosts. AAJA pays hosts directly. AAJA also pays the agency a weekly commission worked out from the income of all the hosts bound to it.
That makes the agency’s job practical: find suitable hosts, help them complete registration, and help them follow the rules and work during busy hours, because the agency’s commission grows with its hosts’ income.
How the agency system works
You register as an agency
Choose Agency on the Basic Information screen, then complete onboarding.
Hosts join with your code
New hosts enter your invitation code on the “Bind your agency” screen.
Your hosts earn
They earn from paid calls, gifts and text chat.
AAJA counts your commission
Every Sunday at 24:00 UTC+8 (9:30 pm IST).
Paid to your wallet
Last week’s commission arrives in your app wallet every Monday.
Sign-up
How AAJA agency registration works
The policy’s Host Manual shows the shared sign-up screens. The Basic Information screen offers two roles, Agency and Host, and choosing Agency puts you on the agency path.
Log in with your phone
Enter your mobile number, request an OTP, type the verification code and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Choose “Agency”
On Basic Information, enter your name and age and select the Agency option instead of Host.
Complete onboarding
Use the official agency registration link below. We’ll help you set up and get your invitation code for recruiting hosts.
The recruiting policy doesn’t list any agency requirements beyond this. It mentions no minimum team size and no fee, so we haven’t added any here. If AAJA asks you for more during onboarding, follow the app.
Agent commission ratio
AAJA agency commission classes
Agent commission comes from your hosts’ income from paid calls, gifts and text chat. Your class is set by your hosts’ total income for the week.
| Class | Hosts’ total weekly income | Commission ratio |
|---|---|---|
| A | $300 or more | 15% |
| B | $600 or more | 18% |
| C | $1,000 or more | 20% |
| D | $2,000 or more | 25% |
| E | $5,000 or more | 35% |
| F | $10,000 or more | 40% |
The top rate isn’t the default. 40% applies only in a week when your hosts’ total income reaches $10,000. Earnings, commissions, bonuses, and eligibility depend on the applicable AAJA policy and individual activity. Figures shown are based on the recruiting-policy information provided and do not represent guaranteed income.
Commission calculation
How AAJA works out your weekly commission
The policy’s formula is:
Hosts’ total weekly income × your class’s commission ratio = your host commission
The ratio applies to the whole week’s total, not just the part above a threshold. So crossing a threshold raises your commission on every dollar that week.
| Hosts’ weekly income | Class | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| $590 | A · 15% | $88.50 |
| $600 | B · 18% | $108 |
| $1,500 | C · 20% | $300 |
| $3,000 | D · 25% | $750 |
| $6,000 | E · 35% | $2,100 |
| $12,000 | F · 40% | $4,800 |
The first two rows show the threshold effect: $10 more host income moves the week from class A to class B, and commission rises by $19.50.
Weeks under $300: the policy’s own example is “last week all the income of the hosts is $100, $100 × 10% = $10”. The class table, though, starts at $300. Confirm the rate for weeks below $300 with your AAJA manager.

Two-part commission
Sub-agent commission
Your weekly commission has two parts: the host commission above, and a sub-agent commission for agents you invite.
1. Host commission
Hosts’ income × your commission ratio, using classes A–F.
Policy example: hosts earn $100, $100 × 10% = $10 commission.
2. Sub-agent commission
- Each sub-agent you invite must earn at least $10 commission a week. Otherwise you get no sub-agent commission for them.
- Formula: your sub-agent’s weekly commission × 10%.
Policy example: your sub-agent earned $500 in commission this week, so your sub-agent commission is $500 × 10% = $50.
The policy prints the sub-agent threshold as “2$10”. We read it as $10 a week.
Settlement
AAJA agency settlement and withdrawal
- Counting: commission is counted at 24:00 on Sunday (UTC+8), which is 9:30 pm Sunday in India.
- Payout: last week’s commission is sent to your wallet in the app every Monday.
- Withdrawal: agents and hosts can withdraw at any time. Each request is reviewed within 3 working days (UTC+8) and paid once approved.
- Holidays: payments may be delayed on holidays, and AAJA notifies agents in advance.
- Method: bank transfer for now, with more payment methods planned.
Registration guidance
Running an AAJA agency well
This is practical advice drawn from the policy’s rules. Your commission depends on your hosts staying active and in good standing.
Recruit eligible hosts
AAJA currently recruits female hosts over 18 only. Recruiting anyone else wastes their time and yours.

Warnings, bans and unsettled revenue reduce your hosts’ income, and your commission with it. Make sure every host knows the rules.

AAJA agency registration questions
How do I register as an AAJA agency?
Log in with your phone number, choose Agency on the Basic Information screen, and complete onboarding through the official agency registration link. We can help on WhatsApp.
Is an AAJA agent the same as an AAJA agency?
Yes. The policy says “agent”, the app says “guild”, and most people say “agency”. They all mean the account that hosts bind to with an invitation code.
Which host income counts toward my commission?
Your hosts’ income from paid calls, gifts and text chat.
If my hosts earn $2,500 in a week, what do I earn?
$2,500 is class D (25%), so your host commission is $625. Any sub-agent commission is added on top.
When does AAJA pay agency commission?
Commission is counted at 24:00 on Sunday (UTC+8), which is 9:30 pm IST, and last week’s commission reaches your app wallet every Monday. You can then request a withdrawal, which is reviewed within 3 working days.
What happens to my sub-agent commission if my sub-agent earns $8?
Nothing that week. A sub-agent must earn at least $10 commission in the week before you receive 10% of it.
