AAJA Recruiting Policy Explained, Section by Section

The AAJA Recruiting Policy is a short slide deck in three parts. Here is what each section says in plain English, with links to the detailed guides and a list of points the policy leaves open.

Part one: Commission and settlement

Agent commission ratio

Agents earn a share of their hosts’ weekly income from paid calls, gifts and text chat. The share depends on that week’s total: 15% from $300, 18% from $600, 20% from $1,000, 25% from $2,000, 35% from $5,000 and 40% from $10,000 (classes A–F). Commission guide →

Agent commission calculation

Commission is counted at 24:00 on Sunday (UTC+8), which is 9:30 pm IST, and sent to the agent’s app wallet every Monday. It has two parts: host commission (hosts’ income × your ratio) and sub-agent commission (10% of each invited sub-agent’s weekly commission, if that sub-agent earned at least $10).

Settlement rules

Withdraw at any time. Requests are audited within 3 working days (UTC+8) and paid after approval, by bank transfer for now. Hosts withdraw themselves and are paid directly. Withdrawal guide →

Income of hostess

Hosts earn three ways. Calls are priced at 1,000 diamonds a minute, with earnings after 30 seconds, from the second minute onwards. Hosts receive 70% of gifts, which are priced 101–777,777 diamonds, and 500 diamonds a minute from match calls. Earnings guide →

Settlement of hostess

10,000 diamonds = $1. The minimum withdrawal is $10, with a conversion table running from 10,000 diamonds ($1) to 10,000,000 diamonds ($1,000).

Part two: Hostess information

Rules for hostess

AAJA currently recruits female hosts only, and every host must be over 18. General violations (doing other things, face not shown, several people on camera, sleeping on a call, a dark room) bring a warning first, a 24-hour live ban after 3 in a day, and a permanent ban after 5 in total. Serious violations (under-18s on camera, drugs, offensive behaviour) lead to a permanent ban after 3 bans in a day or 5 in total. Account sharing and diamond fraud lead to an immediate permanent ban. Rules guide →

How to get calls and attract users

Practical tips: work in a private space, dress well, use a phone holder, keep your face to the camera, greet users and guide the conversation, keep calls above 60 seconds, ask for a small gift after 1–2 minutes, and send a thank-you message afterwards.

Weekly Base Salary Plan

A $21–35 weekly bonus for hosts in work mode during India’s 21:00–02:00 rush hour (3–5 hours), with a call answer rate above 90% and an average call above 60 seconds. Revenue isn’t settled for hosts who don’t appear on camera or who send other platforms’ numbers.

The Host Manual

The manual is a set of annotated app screenshots:

  • Registration process: phone login, then five screens (Basic Information, Bind your agency, Upload avatar, Upload photo, Record video). See the steps →
  • Upload documents: a 5–10 second personal video in Edit Profile, needed before you can use work mode.
  • Self-withdrawal: link a bank card with IFSC (UCBA not supported). The payee name must use only English letters, spaces, periods and slashes.
  • Working mode: tap Start working, keep your face in the box, and minimise from the top-right corner.
  • Host level: levels X > S > A > B > C. Keep your average call above 60 seconds to stay at S.
  • Host rules: a 1,000-diamond penalty per warning, a permanent ban after more than four, and 10,000 diamonds to unban. WhatsApp numbers, a second account or posing as a fake host lead to immediate suspension.

What the policy leaves unclear

We’ve listed the gaps instead of guessing. Until AAJA clarifies them, check these points with your agency or in the app.

TopicWhat’s unclear
Commission under $300The worked example uses 10% on $100, but the class table starts at 15% from $300.
Minimum withdrawal$10 (100,000 diamonds) on the settlement page; “over 50,000 diamonds” in the Host Manual.
Call earningsThe call price is 1,000 diamonds a minute, but the host’s share isn’t stated.
Warning penaltiesPart two and the Host Manual describe different penalty systems.
Weekly bonus amount$21–35 is given as a range, with no rule for which amount applies.
Sub-agent thresholdPrinted as “2$10”. We read it as $10 a week.

Earnings, commissions, bonuses, and eligibility depend on the applicable AAJA policy and individual activity. Figures shown are based on the recruiting-policy information provided and do not represent guaranteed income.
