Three ways to earn
The policy lists three revenue sources for hosts: call revenue, gift revenue and match calls. On top of these, hosts who meet certain tasks can receive a weekly bonus. Everything except the bonus is paid in diamonds.
Call income
The policy lists the video call price as 1,000 diamonds per minute. It adds that earnings start “after 30 seconds of video call, immediately from the second minute onwards.”
Very short calls are therefore unlikely to earn much. The policy’s own tips push hosts to keep every call above 60 seconds, which also protects your level and your weekly bonus.
The policy gives the price users pay but not the share of it that goes to the host. We don’t estimate call earnings until AAJA publishes that share. Your agency can tell you the current figure.
Gift income
Gifts are priced from 101 to 777,777 diamonds, and 70% of the price goes to the host.
| Gift price | Your 70% | In dollars |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 💎 | 700 💎 | $0.07 |
| 10,000 💎 | 7,000 💎 | $0.70 |
| 100,000 💎 | 70,000 💎 | $7 |
| 777,777 💎 | ≈ 544,444 💎 | ≈ $54.44 |
The policy’s calling tips suggest building a conversation first, then asking for a small gift once the call has lasted 1–2 minutes, and gradually learning what works.
Match income
For match calls, the host gets 500 diamonds per minute.
| Match-call time | Diamonds | In dollars |
|---|---|---|
| 10 minutes | 5,000 | $0.50 |
| 30 minutes | 15,000 | $1.50 |
| 60 minutes | 30,000 | $3 |
| 200 minutes | 100,000 | $10 |
What diamonds are worth
10,000 diamonds = $1. Divide your balance by 10,000 to get dollars. The settlement table sets a $10 minimum withdrawal (100,000 diamonds). See the withdrawal guide for the note about the 50,000 figure in the Host Manual. To combine gifts and match calls, try the diamond converter.
The weekly bonus
The policy calls this the Weekly Base Salary Plan. Its table is reproduced here:
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Bonus | $21–35 per week. You must switch on Start working. |
| Rush hour (India time) | 21:00–02:00, which is 9 pm to 2 am IST. Work 3–5 hours in this window. |
| Task 1 | Call answer rate above 90% |
| Task 2 | Average call duration above 60 seconds |
Because work mode answers calls automatically, staying in work mode is the simplest way to keep your answer rate high. Keeping calls past a minute supports Task 2 and helps you stay at S-level.
The policy doesn’t say which results earn $21 and which earn $35. We show the range only.
When revenue isn’t settled
The policy names two cases where the platform blocks a host and the revenue is not settled:
- The host doesn’t appear on camera.
- The host sends other platforms’ numbers (for example a WhatsApp number).
Both are also covered in the host rules guide.
Earnings, commissions, bonuses, and eligibility depend on the applicable AAJA policy and individual activity. Figures shown are based on the recruiting-policy information provided and do not represent guaranteed income.
