Diamond value and the minimum
10,000 diamonds = $1. The settlement table lists 100,000 diamonds = $10, 1,000,000 = $100 and 10,000,000 = $1,000.
Two minimums appear in the policy. The settlement page says the minimum withdrawal is $10 (100,000 diamonds). The Host Manual’s self-withdrawal page says “diamonds over 50,000 can be cashed out”, and its screenshot shows “At least 50,000”. Your own Diamonds page shows the minimum that currently applies. Go by that.
Host withdrawal, step by step
Open your Diamonds page
On your profile, tap the pink Diamonds card showing your balance. The Diamonds page shows your withdrawable amount, current diamonds and any frozen funds.
Link a bank account
Tap Link a bank account and fill in: name, bank account number, phone number (+91, verified by OTP), email and bank IFSC code. UCBA is not supported.
Submit
Enter the amount and submit. The request is reviewed within 3 working days (UTC+8) and paid by bank transfer once approved. You can follow it under Withdrawals record.
The payee-name rule
This is the most common reason for a failed payment. The payee name may contain only:
- English letters (A–Z, a–z)
- Spaces
- Periods (.)
- Slashes (/)
| Payee name | Result |
|---|---|
| Priya K. Sharma | OK |
| Priya K Sharma | OK |
| Priya-Sharma | Fails: the hyphen isn’t allowed |
| Priya Sharma 2 | Fails: numbers aren’t allowed |
| प्रिया शर्मा | Fails: only English letters are allowed |
The names above are illustrations only.
Agent commission settlement
Agents don’t convert diamonds. Their weekly commission is calculated in dollars:
- Commission is counted at 24:00 on Sunday (UTC+8), which is 9:30 pm Sunday in IST.
- Last week’s commission is sent to the agent’s wallet in the app every Monday.
- Agents can withdraw at any time, under the same 3-working-day review.
For how the amount is calculated, see the agency commission guide.
Working days in UTC+8, explained
The policy’s review clock runs in UTC+8, which is 2½ hours ahead of IST. A request made late on a Friday evening in India is already Saturday in UTC+8, so the 3-working-day count may not start until Monday.
Protect your earnings
Revenue isn’t settled if you don’t appear on camera or if you send other platforms’ numbers. Obtaining diamonds fraudulently, or colluding with others for malicious refunds, leads to a permanent ban. Read the host rules before you start.
