Everything you need to become an AAJA host: who can join, the six sign-up screens, how calls, gifts and match calls earn diamonds, the weekly bonus, withdrawals, levels and rules. All of it comes from the AAJA Recruiting Policy and Host Manual.
The role
An AAJA host takes one-to-one video calls from users of the AAJA app. Users pay in diamonds for calls, gifts and match calls. Hosts receive their share in diamonds and withdraw it to their bank account, paid by AAJA directly.
Every host joins through an agency by entering the agency’s invitation code during sign-up. Your agency helps you get started, and your income counts toward its commission.
Step by step
The Host Manual shows one login screen followed by five numbered screens. Each one is shown below.
Enter your +91 mobile number and tap Get OTP. Type the OTP and the verification code shown, tick the box to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap Log In.
Under Gender, choose the Host option (the other option is Agency).
The app notes that you can get an invitation code from your guild, which is your agency. You can’t continue without it.
The app asks for a clear and attractive selfie as your profile picture.
You need at least 3 photos. The app says good photos bring more phone calls.
Record a short video of yourself. It must be at least 5 seconds long.
Income of hosts
The policy names three income sources: call income, gift income and match income. All three pay in diamonds.
Earnings start after 30 seconds of a video call and are counted from the second minute onwards.
The policy gives the call price but not the host’s share of it, so we don’t show per-minute call earnings.
Gift prices range from 101 to 777,777 diamonds, and 70% of each gift’s price goes to the host.
Example: a 1,000-diamond gift gives you 700 diamonds.
Hosts get 500 diamonds per minute of match calls.
Example: 20 minutes of match calls = 10,000 diamonds = $1.
Earnings, commissions, bonuses, and eligibility depend on the applicable AAJA policy and individual activity. Figures shown are based on the recruiting-policy information provided and do not represent guaranteed income.
Diamond conversion
To turn diamonds into dollars, divide by 10,000. The settlement table in the policy sets a $10 minimum withdrawal (100,000 diamonds).
| Diamonds | US dollars |
|---|---|
| 10,000 | $1 |
| 100,000 | $10 |
| 200,000 | $20 |
| 500,000 | $50 |
| 1,000,000 | $100 |
| 5,000,000 | $500 |
| 10,000,000 | $1,000 |
Self-withdrawal
Hosts withdraw their own earnings, and AAJA pays them directly.
On your profile page, tap your diamond balance.
Fill in your name, bank account number, phone number (with OTP), email and bank IFSC code. UCBA accounts are not supported.
Requests are reviewed within 3 working days (UTC+8) and paid by bank transfer once approved.
Payee name rule: the name can contain only English letters, spaces, periods (.) and slashes (/). Any other character makes the payment fail.
The settlement table gives $10 (100,000 diamonds). The Host Manual’s withdrawal page says diamonds “over 50,000” can be cashed out. Use the minimum shown on your own Diamonds page.

The bonus depends on working during India’s rush hour and meeting two tasks. You must tap Start working for your time to count.
Revenue that won’t be settled. The platform blocks hosts who don’t appear on camera, and hosts who send other platforms’ numbers. In both cases revenue isn’t settled.
The policy gives the bonus as a range and doesn’t say which results earn which amount. Your agency can tell you how it’s applied.
Work in a private space with good light. Dress well, and use a stable phone or handset holder.
Keep your face in view and stay focused on the call. Otherwise users may think you’re offline and won’t call.
Greet users first, guide the conversation politely, aim for calls over 60 seconds, and send a thank-you message afterwards.
Host level
Your level decides the order in which you receive calls. There are five levels, ranked X > S > A > B > C.
Specific level rules follow the platform’s latest policy.
Host rules
The policy has two kinds of violation, general and serious, plus rules that lead to an immediate ban.
Being banned for serious violations 3 times in one day, or 5 times in total, leads to a permanent ban.
Rules for hostess (Part two): a warning first. 3 warnings in one day means a 24-hour ban from going live. 5 in total means a permanent ban.
Host Manual: each warning costs 1,000 diamonds. More than four warnings means a permanent ban, and unbanning costs 10,000 diamonds. Follow whatever notice the app shows you.
